Each experience highlights the traditions, communities, and lived experiences that have shaped these places across generations—offering a deeper understanding of the people and stories behind the built environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each Stroll is immersive and interactive—often including visits to historic archives, museums, churches, and occasional tastings from neighborhood staples.

Select tours also offer an optional ticketed experience following the walk—featuring post-tour hospitality at the final stop. The ticket also includes an invitation to an exclusive Open House experience for Take a Hike guests later in the summer, with time to explore museums or archives at your own pace while enjoying food and drink that reflect the traditions and flavors highlighted on the tour.
