HISTORICAL TOURS & EXPERIENCES

Deepen your connection to our city’s neighborhoods and Cleveland’s rich cultural heritage.

Launched in 2009, Take a Hike® educates and entertains guests through immersive experiences and tours of Cleveland’s historic and landmark districts.  Showcasing history, architecture, heritage and culture, tour guides share interesting stories and historical insights at various points of interest.

SPRING SERIES

Join us this May as we celebrate Historic Preservation Month with tours that bring Cleveland’s past to life.

NEW Behind Hidden Doors tours with exclusive access inside beautifully restored downtown buildings—now reimagined as modern residential apartments.

Superior Avenue Historic District, Downtown’s emerging neighborhood where former warehouses have been transformed—showcasing how preservation drives reinvestment and a vibrant urban future.

TAKE A HIKE PASSPORT

Pick up a passport at any tour—or continue filling one from last year—and collect a sticker at each tour you attend. Once you collect 8, mail it in for a chance to win fun prizes and Take a Hike swag.

Winners are drawn twice monthly, announced on social, and notified by email.
